NO REFUNDS AFTER CREDIT PURCHASE

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

1. No Refund Policy

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

By purchasing credits from Plagiarism Checking, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final: Once your payment is processed and credits are added to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
  • No refunds under any circumstances: We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Duplicate purchases
    • Technical issues
    • Dissatisfaction with results
    • Unused credits
    • Account closure
  • Immediate credit delivery: Credits are instantly added to your account upon successful payment, making the transaction irreversible.
  • Digital service nature: As we provide digital services, all purchases are considered delivered immediately upon credit addition.

2. Payment Processing

Payment Gateway Information

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Once payment is confirmed, credits are automatically added to your account.

  • Payment Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets
  • Processing Time: Instant (credits added immediately after successful payment)
  • Transaction Confirmation: Email confirmation sent after successful payment
  • Failed Payments: If payment fails, no credits are added and no charges are made

3. Credit Usage Policy

Two Types of Credits

We offer two separate credit types for different report needs.

Credit Types and Pricing:
Plagiarism Report Only
  • Price: ₹30 per credit
  • Usage: 1 credit = 1 document
  • Includes: Plagiarism detection report only
Plagiarism + AI Report
  • Price: ₹100 per credit
  • Usage: 1 credit = 1 document
  • Includes: Both plagiarism & AI detection reports
General Credit Terms:
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or between credit types
  • No Expiration: Credits do not expire once purchased and remain valid for lifetime
  • One-Time Use: Each credit is consumed upon document submission, regardless of result satisfaction
  • Service Completion: Credits are considered used once the check is completed
  • Type-Specific: Plagiarism-only credits can only be used for plagiarism checks; Plagiarism+AI credits can only be used for combined reports

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Rare Exceptions

In extremely rare cases, we may consider credit adjustments (NOT refunds) only for verified technical errors on our part.

Limited exceptions may include:

  • Server Error: Verified system malfunction that prevents service delivery
  • Billing Error: Incorrect credit deduction due to system error
  • Payment Processing Error: Double charging due to payment processor error
Note: Even in these cases, we provide credit adjustments to your account, NOT cash refunds. All decisions are at our sole discretion and require thorough investigation, credit adjustments will be credited within 10 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellation: Credit purchases cannot be cancelled once payment is processed
  • Payment Processing: Cancellation is only possible during payment processing (before completion)
  • Account Closure: Closing your account does not qualify for refunds of unused credits
  • Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services, but will provide reasonable notice

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Contact First: All disputes must be raised through our official support channels
  • Documentation Required: Provide transaction ID, screenshots, and detailed explanation
  • Investigation Period: We will investigate genuine technical issues within 7 business days
  • Final Decision: Our decision on disputes is final and binding

FINAL NOTICE

By purchasing credits, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. This policy is legally binding and enforceable.
